Kellie Godfrey, our property manager, has been a great resource to me and our HOA Board. She, and others at Capstone, are a great sounding board for HOA issues. Capstone, in general, has been very good with helping our HOA Board come up with creative solutions and getting them implemented. I especially appreciate that Kellie will prioritize getting major problems resolved and manage smaller issues with little to no input required. She knows when to escalate issues and when to just handle them. Kellie, and Capstone, have been especially good when things go wrong. Kellie is always pleasant and courteous, even when faced with situations where others are not, defusing conflicts rather than escalating them.
