I have always, and continue to be impressed by the knowledge that Capstone has in Derek as well as Laura. It is very hard to see bad reviews, when the misunderstanding is in the fact that board members do not approve every repair. I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in my time with them. They are one of the best around. -former CMCA for Capstone.

We have not had Capstone long and I'm not impressed. Have sent 1 email and left 2 voicemails for Claude and to no avail. He had no problem sending me an email not to long ago so I'm not sure why he won't respond. It's a very important question.

Capstone in the HOA are a joke I have had three failed attempts to sell my condo and Cape because the HOA sucks I hate we even purchase the property over there to begin with 😡😡😡😡😡!!!

The maintenance people fixed my back gate and it works better than it ever has. It was getting so I could barely open it and now it opens easily. So thrilled.

Continues to be a terrible experience with Kellie at Capstone regarding billing for our HOA. She is far from pleasant to deal with, is often delayed in responding and handles customer concerns with less than stellar responses. Their online payment portal is atrocious. After paying our HOA dues in full before the beginning of the year - getting confirmation that I was paid in full, they are now coming after me for $13 due to a clerical error on THIER portal's part for not accommodating the increase in fees (admitted via email from Kellie). Best part? Their system can't accept a payment that low on the portal! Avoid Capstone at all costs!!!
