Continues to be a terrible experience with Kellie at Capstone regarding billing for our HOA. She is far from pleasant to deal with, is often delayed in responding and handles customer concerns with less than stellar responses. Their online payment portal is atrocious. After paying our HOA dues in full before the beginning of the year - getting confirmation that I was paid in full, they are now coming after me for $13 due to a clerical error on THIER portal's part for not accommodating the increase in fees (admitted via email from Kellie). Best part? Their system can't accept a payment that low on the portal! Avoid Capstone at all costs!!!

Things started solid years ago, but fell off quickly. Don't make the same (costly) mistake I did in staying with them. Edit: We were long time clients, and we just put our house on the market. The repairs approved by them were shoddy at best. Our house got broken into during said repairs to the tune of almost $10K in expenses. I found this out in one of Kellie's hard to read emails... who uses script fonts in business emails? If they searched their emails... they can find out who I am.

I have lived in Chatham Wood since 2020 and the past two years have been horrible! Car break ins and shootings. Between you all and realpage rent is at the point where its getting outrageous. How can you all pay for someone to check on towing residents but you dont have the funding to get security in our neighborhood? We used to have pressure washing and nothing now. Bugs and cobwebs everywhere. Do you not take pride in your property or are you just trying to drain us of everything we have. The shooting/unalived person in front of my apt is very disheartening and could have been avoided if we did not have this unprofessional guy doing Trash Fairy pickups!! YOU ALL NEED TO DO BETTER!!!

They require you pay your HOA dues via their portal or snail mail check. If you use the portal they charge you a 3% processing fee. Not cool when you are strongly encouraged to use their portal.
