The response to a maintenance request when I experienced a leak in my roof was great but there have been significant lag times in email responses from the property manager and mix ups regarding the key fob for pool entry. I’m sure everyone is very busy and I do understand delays. Some guarantee of a 48 to 72 hour turnaround with back up team members helping with email responses would take your firm from good\ok to great. I have heard this same comment regarding significantly delayed responses from others in the neighborhood as well.

I’m assuming this is in reference to damage to my unit during Hurricane Ian. The men that came out, friendly and got the job done. The squirrel issue was handled professionally, caught two in my attic, hopefully hole is plugged and no more squirrels. McNealy Pest Control we’re great,, got the job done, explained everything . Very well pleased, hope that don’t happen ever again.
